Titletown!

It was a banner weekend for Devils Hockey as three teams took home championships!

Fresh off winning the SNEHC Midget Smythe Championship the weekend before, Midget Black put the icing on the cake by claiming the Massachusetts Midget Tier 2 Small Championship!  The Devils went 2-0-1 in pool play defeating Charlestown 4-1, South Boston 3-2, and losing in overtime to Belmont 3-2 in overtime.  The Devils got their revenge however, defeating Belmont 1-0 in the championship game.

In the Northern Rhode Island Thanksgiving Classic, Bantam White finished 2-1 in pool play, defeating Ludlow 5-1 and Burrillville 6-3, before falling to Northern Rhode Island 3-2.  Despite the loss, the Devils still qualified for the finals and took down Ludlow again 5-2 to claim the championship!

Also in the Northern Rhode Island Thanksgiving Classic, Squirt White finished 2-0-1 in pool play, tying bitter rivals the Providence Bears 3-3, defeating the Central Rhode Island Knights 8-3 and the Southern Rhode Island Rams 4-1.  In the finals, the Devils stepped it up against the Bears, defeating them 2-1 to claim the title!
