I wanted to let you know that your team has been entered into the State Playdown Tournament. As you may remember, this is a single-elimination format, where your team will face another District 5 opponent. The 2011 Premier Team has NO PLAYDOWN GAMES to play and will move on directly to the State Tournament March 13-15 at the New England Sports Center in Marlborogh, when District winners compete for the State Championship Title.
Last year, several of our teams advanced to the State Tournament, and it was a truly memorable experience for our players.
Please let your coach know right away if you are unable to participate.
Also, plan to check in with the District registrars upon arrival at the rink and arrive at least 1 hour before game time.
