Omportant Lake Placid Info - Balances Due!

Good morning,

Our November 20-23, 2025, tournament in Lake Placid, NY is approaching 30 days away!  The final balance deadline is 8:00 AM Est Tuesday, October 21, 2025.  All reservations need to be finalized. Please  log in to your individual CAN/AM account to check your hotel occupancy and make your final payment.  

Any balances that are not paid by will be processed automatically off the credit card which is held on file within the individual family’s account.

• Please make sure that every invitation sent has been accepted.  We cannot reserve rooms for anyone that has not accepted their registration invitation.
• Everyone traveling to Lake Placid, NY to be with the team needs to have a hotel reservation through CAN/AM. Everyone traveling with the team also needs to be on our package to be able to enter the Olympic Center.
• The package includes 3 nights’ accommodations; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  If anyone would like to add an additional night to their hotel stay, they can do so on the hotel tab of their CAN/AM account.  Availability for additional nights is not automatically guaranteed.  If the additional night(s) is not available, the individuals will be notified directly.

Payment instructions:

​We are asking that you log in to your CAN/AM account to check your hotel occupancy, special requests and/or additional nights and pay your balance due by 8:00 AM Est Tuesday, October 21, 2025.

• Please log in to your account at www.canamhockey.com to make your payment for the full balance due 
  • Once you are on our website, enter your log-in id (email address you used to register) and your password
  • Click on the “My CAN/AM” button to the right of your name
  • Click on the “Hotel” block – check number of occupants and any additional options for accuracy.  If you make any changes, click “next” to save
  • Click on the “My CAN/AM” button again to refresh the account
  • Click on the “Payment & Reservation” block
  • Click on the “Invoice/Payment” button next to the balance due in the upper right corner.  Input the amount you are paying and your credit card information then click the “make payment” button on bottom right
